Nightlife in Prague starts at ten each evening. Here you can find pubs for every taste: in some it's nice to sit with friends, in others it's better to drink a few glasses of beer, in the third - to have a great time off.
If you want to see everything and quickly, then for a small fee you can hire our guide who will drive you to the best Prague pub crawl while you are still able to walk.
In Prague there are pubs for clubbers for whom nightlife consists of hot parties with the most fashionable European DJs. Here you can dance until the morning with glamorous capital girls. What is more, you can find pubs for jazz or rock lovers for whom night is time to dissolve in their favorite music.
It is one of our destination, a really popular pub. The largest club in Europe is located in a historic building near the Charles Bridge, 600 years ago there were public baths, hence its name. It is known that there is the best technical lighting in Europe in Karlovy Lazne. We wonder how this is combined with the fact that the designers left the ancient mosaic in the corridors? Each of the five floors has its own music: the first there is “black” music in the MC Music Cafe reconstruction, the second is the discotheque hits on the deck of an American bomber, the third is songs of the 60s and 80s, the fourth is trance, techno and house, the fifth - a place to chat with friends with relaxing music. Taking Prague pub crawl, this is worth visiting.
By the way, if you are a fan of jazz and high-quality live music, if you want to cheer up when there is slush outside the window, if you want something new, visit a jazz club. There are a lot of good jazz clubs in Prague, it seems that this trend in music will never lose its popularity in the Czech Republic.
Here is a list of the best options.
1) Reduta
One of the oldest Prague jazz clubs, which has become a cult. Sit in comfort in a bloody scarlet plush and an incomparable atmosphere will envelop you.
There are only few Czech jazz performers who did not perform in Reduta. World stars played here. Having received a saxophone as a gift from Václav Havel, Bill Clinton tried it for the first time here. Is it possible to meet the best Czech jazz performers there?- definitely yes.
2) Jazz Dock
Great idea and its implementation. It is one of the youngest Prague jazz clubs but it already had time to catch the fancy. It is distinguished not only by a concert program but also by an interesting modern design. From here there is a beautiful view of the Vltava and the embankment. By the way, you can come to the concert on your own boat and park it in the dock owned by the club.
3) U Malého Glena
The club is the Small Country and more focused on English-speaking visitors. Despite this the club is definitely worth a visit.
On the ground floor there is a small restaurant, in the basement there is a bar and a tiny music club. It is really small and designed for a small audience but the musicians seem closer and the sensations from the concert are often stronger.
